@BarbecueWeb In fact, ‘sazón’ is the spanish for ‘seasoning’, so it can be generic for any kind of seasoning.

I finally tried this.
Daaaaaaammm! Very good!
i threw a slice of pepperjack cheese on em.
Everyone ate em up untill there was none left.
One tip….bring cold beer..because the spice will make you sweat a little.

“Sazonar” in Spain means just to put salt and pepper in any food you are cooking. Or even any other spices….essentially means to use any spice to season wharever you like to cook.

its a spanish seasoning found in the spanish food section of the grocery store have different flavors for different meats but most of them can be used with all meats and veggies and fish but will give food a reddish tone to it
